  • If you need an address change:

    • Email me at collectionofmay@yahoo.com

    • Include the ORDER NUMBER of the original order.

    • Include the FULL NAME and ADDRESS that you would like to change it to.

    • I will send you an email once the change is completed.

    If the address is being changed from a U.S. to International, you must pay the additional shipping fee before I change the address.

    Once a label is created and you have received a tracking email, the address can no longer be changed. Please make sure you send me address changes the moment you know you will need it or when you see me ask for them on my Instagram story to avoid this situation.

    • If a pin is still in my shop, I ask that you do not resell it for more than drop price + shipping + shipping.

    • I ask that you do not purchase in hand pins with preorder pins. I have limited space, so I am not able to hold these pins for long periods of time. If you do this, I will refund the in-hand pin and you can rebuy separately if you would like to.

    • P4P means I am making no profit off of the pins, so you should not be either. The cost of P4P is only the cost of production + PayPal fees + packing material cost (so cheaper than normal pins). P4P pins may not be resold for more than drop price + shipping + shipping. Breaking this rule will result in a ban from my shop. If you have questions as to whether a pin is P4P or not, please dm me on Instagram.

    • I am not responsible for any issues that may occur if you decide to presell or pre-trade preorder pins.

  • Drop buddies are allowed for my drops. If you need an address change for an order or want me to combine drop buddies orders, please email me immediately after the drop. In the event that you are your drop buddy both score, whether it is a preorder or in hand drop, I do NOT accept refunds.

    • PLEASE remember that all pins are handmade and that flaws are always a possibility! The backs of the pins are not taken into account when grading.

    • A grades: These are the best of the best. They may have 2-3 minor flaws but nothing very noticeable.

    • B grades: These may have more noticeable and prominent flaws (small spots, small bubbles, etc.) but nothing that would hinder the design.

    • C grades: These will have much more noticeable flaws that may impede the overall design (scratches, misaligned screen print, small areas of missing enamel, etc.).

    • Seconds: These are the worst of the batch. These may have sections of the pin that have deep scratches, or are misfilled, missing screen print entirely, or missing enamel.

    • Soft enamel or epoxied pins may not be graded to this standard as they are known to have more serious flaws than hard enamel pins do.

    • P4P pins and open preorder pins are mixed grade, but you will most likely receive an a or b grade.

    • The buyer will be responsible for any and all extra fees or taxes incurred by their customs and import laws.

    • I will not hold items for longer than a month at a time.

  • Once a package has been shipped, it is out of my control.

    • In the event that your package is lost during transit, you will need to file a claim with your post office. I do not offer refunds or exchanges for lost mail.

    • If I still have stock available for the lost pin, you are allowed to repurchase the pin. If it is a preorder pin then you are allowed to repurchase it before the in hand drop.

    • Preorders may take several months to complete. If you are uncomfortable with waiting for production to complete, then please wait for the in hand drop.

    • Unexpected delays may occur such as production issues that can result in pins having to be remade or sampling.

    • I do not offer refunds on preorders as all the money goes to production so it's no longer in my possession. If your preorder is past the 6-month mark and you'd like to be refunded so you can repurchase and start over your PayPal protection window, I will allow that. If you do not repurchase the item, it will result in a ban from my shop.

    • I do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless it is my mistake.

    • I will NOT offer refunds for buyer's remorse or if you accidentally purchase an item.

    • Please check my grading system as I will not offer refunds for items that fall under my grading rules. If you believe I accidentally sent an incorrect grade, then please email me and we can work it out. In the event that it was a mistake of my own, I ask that you send the pin back in the condition you received it (I will provide payment for shipping), and I will send you a new one.

    • If your package is returned to me for any reasons such as failing to pay for customs fees or inputting an invalid address at checkout, etc., you can choose to receive a refund for the order MINUS the shipping and PayPal fees OR re-pay the shipping cost for a new label and I can resend it.
